摘要
竞赛机器人系统的稳定性和可靠性是赢得比赛的重要保证。复杂可编程逻辑电路(CPLD)是一种可编程I/O引脚丰富的可编程逻辑器件,有可编程、使用方便灵活等特点。结合我校近两年参加大学生机器人大赛手动机器人控制电路的设计方案,分析了手动机器人中电动机控制的特点,给出了一种以CPLD为核心的解决方案。介绍了该方案的总体设计思路,硬件模块和软件设计。实践证明, 该方案能满足实际要求,且设计简洁,稳定可靠。
The stability and reliability of the contest robot system helds significant meaning for guaranteeing the victory in it. The programmable I/O pins of Complex Programmable Logic Device ( CPLD ) are profuse, which owns many specialties such as In -System Programmability, convenience, flexibility, etc. Combining the control system design scheme of the manual machine in the recent two years when our university take part in the collegiate robot contest, analyzes the speciality of electric motor control in the manual machines, provides a solution scheme by CPLD as the kernel. Practice indicates that this concise, stable and reliable scheme can satisfies the actual requirement.
