摘要
采用单因子实验研究了不同的培养基对红曲霉产色的影响。试验结果表明玉米粉是较适碳源,豆饼粉是较适氮源;当玉米粉和豆饼粉二者的配比为4∶2,发酵温度为28℃、pH6.0、培养72h,发酵液色价为49.7U/mL。
Effect of different culture medium on yield of mononscus was studied by single factor test .The results showed that corn flour and rice flour was the suitable carbon source,and soybeanseed flour was the suitable nitrogen source .The optimum analysis of which two ones was the 2:4,the optimum fermentation temperature was 28℃ ,pH 6.5,the optimum time was 72h.
