The Analysis and Evaluation of Urban Land-used Level in China

在对我国地级以上城市分组分类的基础上,提出用综合评价法对我国城市用地水平进行分析研究。采用综合评价和统计分析相结合的方法,研究分析了各组各类城市用地水平评价系数与增长百分比,探讨并总结出我国各类城市用地水平的差异及其规律,即城市等级越高、规模越大,其城市用地水平越高;东部地区城市的用地集约度高于中、西部地区。

On the basis of city_grouped for over district rank, the method which combine the systhesis evaluation and the statistic analysis is put forward in this paper. Then, the evaluation cocefficient and increasement percent of urban land_used level in our country are studied and analysized. The difference and discipline of urban land_used level are summaried. The results show that, the grade is higher, the scale is the larger, the urban land_used level is more intensive and effective; and show that the urban land_used level in the eastern is more intensive and effective than in the middle and western area.
