英国输电定价的发展趋势及对我国的启示 被引量:17

DEVELOPMENT TREND OF TRANSMISSION PRICING METHODOLOGY IN UNITED KINGDOM AND ITS ENLIGHTENMENT TO CHINA

摘要 简要介绍了英格兰和威尔士电力系统的输电定价方法的沿革及其与其他文献中所提到的定价方法的相似之处。文中强调了有效定价方法对于充分竞争的重要性,重点论述了目前英国三个输电系统统一定价的发展,特别是在促进可再生能源的发展和利用方面所面临的挑战。还对英国输电定价的发展作了总结和评价,指出了它对我国的启示。 A brief history of power transmission charging methodology for power grid in England and Wales is introduced and the similar points among this methodology and other charging ones in literatures are pointed out. Here, the importance of an efficient charging methodology for effective competition is highlighted and the stress of the dissertating is laid upon the challenge that the three existing power transmission systems in Scotland, England and Wales are facing to in a single charging methodology, especially for the promotion of the development and utilization of renewable energy resources. Finally, the development of power transmission charging methodology in the Britain is commented and its enlightenments to China are pointed out.
