摘要
将分散抽样方法与重要抽样方法相结合,提出了一种应用于电力系统可靠性评估的改进重要抽样算法。应用该方法对IEEE-RTS标准系统的发电部分进行了可靠性评估,并与采用常规抽样方法和常规重要抽样方法的评估结果作了比较。结果表明,文中提出的方法在保证计算精度的前提下显著减小了抽样方差,加快了迭代计算的收敛速度。
Combining scattered sampling technique with importance sampling method, an improved importance sampling method for power system reliability evaluation is proposed. The proposed method is applied to reliability evaluation of power generation section in IEEE-RTS test system and the evaluation results by the proposed method are compared with those by both conventional sampling method and conventional importance sampling method. The comparison results show that under the prerequisite of ensuring calculation accuracy the proposed method can evidently reduce the sampling variance and accelerate the convergence speed of iteration calculation.
