摘要
中碳钢连铸板坯存在着在冷却、运输、二次切割、存放过程中不时出现批量低温状态开裂的现象。通过低倍及微观检验观察,将发生低温开裂的铸坯与正常铸坯进行微观组织对比,找出铸态组织中存在的缺陷。根据中碳钢的成分及铸坯凝固冷却过程的特性,提出调整冷却制度、缓冷和保温等措施。
The medium carbon steel slAbs sometimes experience batch cracking in low temperature when cooled,transported,second cut or in later storage.Some defects have been found in the slab structure by comparison with normal slab in microstructure through microcosmic test.Some measures are put forward in the paper including adjustment of caster′s second cooling system,slow-cool and heat holding,according to the composition and coagulation character.
