摘要
采用单辊急冷法制备了(Nd0.7Dy0.3)8Fe87B5非晶薄带,经最佳热处理条件退火处理得到纳米复合永磁材料.采用振动样品磁强计测量常温下样品的磁滞回线以及经零场冷却和加场冷却的M-T曲线.测量结果表明,其退磁曲线部分表现出单一的硬磁性相特征,与不加Dy的Nd8Fe87B5样品相比矫顽力和剩磁比都有不同程度的提高,剩磁和磁能积稍有下降.复合材料(Nd0.7Dy0.3)8Fe87B5的居里温度达到603K,比单相Nd2Fe14B的居里温度提高了15K.
(Nd_(0.7)Dy_(0.3))_8Fe_(87)B_5 alloys have been prepared by the melt-spinning and subsequent annealing technique.The room-temperature hysteresis,zero-field-cooling and field-cooling M-T curves of optimum heat-treated samples have been investigated by vibrating sample magnetoneter.The experimental results show that the nanocomposites exhibit the single hard phase demagnetization characteristics.Compared to Dy-free Nd_8Fe_(87)B_5 sample,the coercivity and the reduced remanence of (Nd_(0.7)Dy_(0.3))_8Fe_(87)B_5 increases while the remanence and the energy product decreases.The Curie temperature of (Nd_(0.7)Dy_(0.3))_8Fe_(87)B_5 reaches 603?K,which is 15?K higher than that of single phase Nd_2Fe_(14)B.
