摘要
针对光盘Mask上铝黏附层的清洗问题,以PLC为控制核心设计了一套自动清洗设备,以取代当前的手工操作。本文对光盘制作工艺、超声波原理以及该清洗设备的系统组成、工作流程等作了详细介绍。试验结果表明,该设备能获得较好的清洗效果。
In order to clean the aluminum layer attached on the surface of compact disk mask, an automation device for cleaning based on PLC is designed to improve the effect of the cleaning manipulation. The processing of copying CD, the theory of ultrasonic and the structure, working flow of the device are introduced here and result of experiment shows that the cleaning effect is satisfying.
