颅内压增高的经颅多普勒检测 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)在检测颅内压(ICP)增高中的临床价值。方法:对33例ICP患者,分原发性脑挫伤组、局限性脑挫伤组、弥漫性脑挫伤组3组,分别应用TCD检测其脑血流动力学改变,组间互相比较并与33例健康对照组进行比较。结果:33例患者不同组间ICP值,平均血流速度,搏动指数差异呈显著性(P<0.05),脑血流速度、搏动指数与正常对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),颅内压与搏动指数呈正相关,与血流速度呈负相关。结论:TCD可间接反映颅内压增高的程度。
