摘要
哑铃型截面是钢管混凝土拱肋常用的截面型式,然而在灌注腹腔内混凝土时钢管与腹板相交处应力很大易发生爆管事故,因而提出一种腹腔内不灌混凝土而用H型钢加劲的新型哑铃型拱肋。施工受力分析表明,由于不需灌注腹腔混凝土,新型哑铃型拱肋施工时发生爆管的可能性很小。对新型哑铃型短柱进行了轴压试验研究。结果表明,新型哑铃型短柱与传统的哑铃型短柱受力性能相近,极限承载力可以采用相同的计算方法。
<Abstrcat>Dumbbell-shaped section is often used in concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) arch rib; whereas great stress is likely to produce cracks in the weld sealing between steel tube and web plates when concrete is filling into the web space. Therefore a new type dumbbell section is proposed, in which instead of concrete in the web space is the stiffening H-shape steels. Analysis indicates that the possibility of broken accident is very small because no concrete will fill into the web space in this new type dumbbell section. Experimental research on CFST stubs with new type dumbbell sections subjected to axial loads are carried out. Research results indicate that CFST stubs with new type section behaves similarly to those with traditional section and its ultimate load-carrying capacity can be estimated with the same methods.
