大庆市房产地理信息系统开发的若干关键技术研究

针对大庆市房屋产权市场交易管理业务的需要,提出了大庆市房产地理信息系统三层结构模型(Client+SDE+Oracle9i)的开发模式。对系统开发过程中的图文一体化、工作流技术与GIS功能的无缝集成、B/S和基于Web的C/S混合多层体系等关键技术进行了深入研究和探讨,结合大庆市房产地理信息系统的设计目标,提出具体的解决方案,实现房产空间图形数据与属性数据的无缝集成。

In this paper,the development of three structures of Real Estate Geographic Information Symtem 'Client+SDE+Oracle 9i' in Daqing is presenrted.which meets the need of business management in property right marketing in Daqing Real Estate.This paper discussed the key techniques of Real Estate in system development:Combination of graphs with attribute data,Integration between workflow technique and GIS functions,structure of mixture and more layers of B/S and C/S based on Web,three-dimensional visualization of Real Estate graphs.With the aim of Daqing City's Real Estate Geographic Information Symtem,this paper put forward material solution and implemented seamless integration between graphs data and attribute data of the Real Estate.
