摘要
指出了通用TCP/IP协议用于工业控制存在的不足,通过对标准TCP/IP协议栈的简化,并加入自行开发的协议,开发了NETCON-TCP工业以太网控制协议,较好地解决了TCP/IP应用于实际控制中所存在的主要问题,详细描述了协议栈开发的细节。最后对比了NETCON-TCP和LINUX-TCP的实时性,验证了NETCON-TCP协议具有实时性好、体积小、可靠性较高的优点。
The defects of common TCP/IP protocol used in industry control are pointed out. By simplifying TCP/IP stack and adding in self-defined protocol, a industrial Ethernet control protocol is developed. The developing of the NETCON-TCP is described in detail. At the end, by comparing the real time of NETCON-TCP with LINUX-TCP, the merits of high real time, little size and high reliability of NETCON-TCP are verified.
