文章根据一些参数指标分析了我国目前收费高速公路存在着盲目过热投资的问题,在此基础上,阐述了目前的评价方法存在的缺陷,提出了应该适当限制收费高速公路的发展的解决对策,得到了一些非常重要的结论,这对收费公路项目建设实践有着重要的指导意义。

This paper presents the main problem of toll expressway is making the investment blindly by analyzing some parameters. On this basis, This paper has explained that the present appraisal method is inaccurate. It is necessary to restrain the development of toll expressway properly, and comes to some considerably important conclusion, which is of instructional significance in the traffic project practice.
