聚苯乙烯作为参考材料在氙灯老化试验中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 研究了在按ASTMD4459—1999进行的氙灯老化试验中,聚苯乙烯样板的色差和光泽保持率随辐照度的变化。结果表明:聚苯乙烯样板色差随辐照度的变化,符合相关系数接近于1的线性回归方程。在按ASTMD4459—1999进行的氙灯老化试验中,聚苯乙烯样板可作为参考材料,以色差为老化指标,监控老化设备的运转,保证在试样品在规定条件下老化。 When aging test was running under ASTM D4459-1999,the change of color-difference and gloss retention rate of PS with radiation were studied.The results showed that the change of PS color-difference with radiation was conformed to linear regression equation,and its correlation coefficient went near to 1.In the test under ASTM D4459-1999 using xenon lamp,PS samples could be used as reference material to control the running of aging apparatus and assured the testing samples were aged under normal conditions.
