摘要
详细介绍了挤出成型中的聚合物物料层析图像处理的方法,包括层析图像中的背景图像与原始图像的分离、目标标度变换、亚像素插补的图像预处理和目标区域的多参数图像提取与测量方法。实验表明,通过该方法不仅能有效地改善目标图像的分辨率,而且能增加聚合物目标形态的信源容量和减少层析图像的噪声熵,解决由聚合物材料(目标)与成型装置(背景)的层析图像对比度大所引发的目标信息量小的问题。
The skill of tomography image processing for polymer configuration in polymer extrusion is described in detail,including the pretreatments of the tomography image segmentation of background and object,grey level transformation,subpixel interpolation and the object region extract and measurement with multi-parameter.The experimental results showed these methods could not only improve the resolution of object image but also increase the capacity of information source of polymer configuration and decrease the noise entropy of tomography image.Therefore,it could solve the problem having little information of object image,which comes from a great contrast between processing equipment (background) and polymer material (object).
