人工湿地基质微生物和酶活性的空间分布 被引量:14

摘要 测定了人工湿地基质微生物和酶活性,结果表明,人工湿地基质好氧微生物数量下行池大于上行池;基质上层好氧微生物数量显著大于中下层基质;人工湿地基质中酶活性下行池大于上行池;基质上层磷酸酶、脲酶和蛋白酶的活性显著大于中下层基质;不同时间的基质酶活性不同。基质上层区域是人工湿地污水处理系统最有效的净化空间。由于人工湿地下行池基质中好氧微生物数量和酶活性大于上行池,在人工湿地净化污水的过程中,下行池的作用占主导地位。 Determination on microbe and enzyme activity in the different levels of substrate of down-flow chamber and up-flow chamber showed that microbe amount in down-flow chamber was higher than up-flow chamber. The microbe in upper level of substrate was higher than lower one. Phosphatase, urease and proteinase activity in down-flow chamber and the upper level of substrate was higher than in up-flow chamber and the lower level of substrate. Upper level of substrate is the most effective purification space. Microbe and enzyme activity in the substrate of down-flow chamber were higher than those in the up-flow chamber, so the role of the down-flow chamber is dominant in purification of wastewater.
