新扬州鸡早期体重的遗传力估计

Estimation of heritability for the early body weight of new Yangzhou chickens

在新扬州鸡随机交配大群中,按家系随机选择不同年份的新扬州鸡2批,采用约束极大似然法对新扬州鸡早期体重遗传力进行估计。结果表明:初生和2、4、6、8周龄5个不同时期体重遗传力中等,遗传力为0.3096～0.5684,达到或接近显著水平(P<0.05);2、4、6及8周龄4个不同时期体重遗传力为0.30～0.44;初生重遗传力较高,接近0.60。

<Abstrcat> 2 batches (209 individuals) of new Yangzhou chickens were randomly selected according to family from (2 different) randomly mated populations which were reared in different years. The REML method was used to estimate the variance components. The statistical analysis results showed that the heritability of early body weight of new Yangzhou chicken at 5 different stages was medium, range from 0.309()6 to 0.568()4, reached or nearly reached the significance ((P<0.05),) the heritability of 0 week body weight was the highest and nearly reached 0.6, the others of 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks body weight were range from 0.30 to 0.44.
