蕃茄抗病毒新品种渝抗二号渝抗三号选育研究

BREEDING OF TWO NEW ANTIVIRAL TOMATO VARIETIES "YU KANG NO.2" AND "YU KANG NO.3

“渝抗二号”、“渝抗三号”是以抗重庆地区番茄主要病毒—烟草花叶病毒(TMV)‘O’株系为重点,运用优势育种原理,选用T_2(含TM-2nv基因)作父本,汉思松、101T_6等作母本配制组合,经品比、组合力测定筛选、区域试验、抗性鉴定、同功酶分析及生产试验选育而成。属早熟、自封顶型,具有生长势强、结果多、红色中大果、商品性好,高抗TMV‘O’株系,丰产等优点,优于生产品种,已在生产上大面积推广应用。

Yu Kang No.2' and 'Yu Kang No.3' are two new hybrid varieties selected from the crosses Hanson × T-2 (having TM-2nv gen), 101T6×T-2 after we found out that the main virus in tomato Production in Chongqing was TMV 'O' .They were obtained through varietal comparative test, combining ability test, regional test, identification of resistance, analysis of isozyme and productive experiment.They belong to early maturing, vigorous, self-limited growing category, their fruit is red,middle-big and have good quality and marketability.They were resistance to TMV 'O' and high yielding than commercial varieties.
