人造沸石处理钽铌厂矿石分解工序含氟废水的研究 被引量:8

摘要 对含氟量为1836mg/L的钽铌厂矿石分解工序碱性废水用沸石进行除氟试验。对未改性沸石,试验了沸石用量、废水初始浓度和振荡吸附时间对氟去除率的影响,发现未改性沸石氟去除率不高。用AlCl3溶液对其改性后,去除率明显升高,可达95%以上,处理后废水残氟量可降到10mg/L以下,达到国家污水综合排放标准中的一级标准。 A treatment study of some wastewater from the ore decomposition process in a tantalum and niobium plant with F- concentration being 1 836 mg/L is presented. The treatment was conducted by using zeolite.We analyzed the influence of the dosages of zeolite, the content of fluoride in wastewater and the time of adsorbing on the removal efficiency of fluoride about non-modified zeolite. The treatment results show that the removal efficiency of fluoride is low. Zeolite modified by AlCl3 can increase the removal efficiency of fluoride up to beyond 95%. F- concentration in wastewater drops to under 10 mg/L, which meets the requirement of the first grade National Standard for wastewater discharge.
