H/O工艺处理高浓度棉纺印染废水

Treatment of textile printing and dyeing wastewater by H/O technology

摘要 介绍了H/O工艺处理高浓度棉布纺织印染废水的工程应用。运行结果表明,CODCr的平均去除率为93.6%,色度的平均去除率为96.7%,出水的各项指标均符合《纺织染整工业污染物排放标准》GB4287—1992一级标准。该工艺具有剩余污泥少、耐冲击负荷能力强、难降解有机物去除效率高等优点。 Treatment of textile printing and dyeing wastewater with H/O technology is described. The results show that the technology could achieve a high CODCr removal efficiency of 93.6% and an average decoloration removal efficiency of 96.7%. All the quality indexes of treated water fit the requirement of Grade One 'Discharge Standard of Industry Wastewater Pollution of Printing and Dyeing'(GB 4287-1992). The technology could have such advan-tage such as less residual sludge, strong resistance to shock load and high removal efficiency of refractory organism.
