摘要
目的探讨甲状腺手术前头低肩高体位的最佳练习时间和次数。方法将入住我院普外科的需手术的甲状腺疾病220例,随机分为A、B、C三组,A、B组均进行头低肩高体位练习。A组病例每次练习30-60min,每天4次;B组病人从5min开始逐渐增加练习时间,直至达到手术所需的时间,每天数次。C组病人入院后未进行体位练习。术后采用四点口述分级评分法观察病人头痛发生的情况。结果A组、B组术后头痛发生率及程度均低于C组,A、C组相比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.005):A、B组相比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺手术前采取每次30-60min,每天4次的头低肩高体位练习,有利于病人接受体位练习;便于临床操作,有助于手术顺利进行。
Objective To explore the best time for low head and high shoulder body posture exercising for the patients with the thyroid gland before operation. Method 220 patients with thyroid gland operation were randomly divided into A,B and C group. Patients in group A and group B was practiced the exercising of low head and high shoulder body posture, group A was practiced for 30 to 60 minutes, four time a day, group B begined to increase exercising time gradually by 5 minutes, several times a day, until reaching the time which met the operation needs. Group C didn' t exercise. Post-operation headache was observed and compared among these groups. Result The rate and degree of post-operation headache in group A and group B were lower than that of group C. There were significant difference between group A and group C (P<0. 005). There is no significant difference between group A and group B (P>0. 05). Conclusion The patients with thyroid gland operation are adopted each time for 30 to 60 minutes before operation, practicing low head and high shoulder body posture 4 times a day. It will help the patients to accept the exercise of body posture and operation smoothly.
