Discussion on Financial Diagnosis in Reconnaissance Projecting Enterprise

针对发达国家开展财务诊断有关情况,介绍了我国开展企业财务诊断工作的概况。从财务诊断工作的概念、内容、原则、任务以及财务诊断组织优化等方面进行论述,并结合本企业实际,探讨将企业外部的财务诊断引入集团财务管理中,通过集团内部专家对所属企业进行财务诊断和运行跟踪,发现问题,提出预警和建议,以降低企业财务风险。

Starting with describing of enterprise financial diagnosis in develope d countries, the article introduces briefly the situation of enterprise financia l diagnosis in China. The concepts, contents, principles and tasks of financial diagnosis and its structure optimization are discussed. Combined with the actual situation of one corporation, the external financial diagnosis have been tried to introduce into the corporation's internal financial management. Through finan cial diagnosis and operation tracing of its sub-division by experts from inside the cooperation, the cooperation can focus problems in financial management, bri ng forward warnings and suggestions,and lower down financial risks.
