摘要
潜油电动机保护器是用来保护潜油电动机在井下正常运转的设备,起密封、呼吸补偿、压力平衡和承载等作用。针对目前我国没有保护器承载能力试验设备的状况,首次研制了用于测试保护器止推轴承承载能力的装置;介绍了该装置的结构、工作原理及加载试验操作规程。对86、98和130等3种系列保护器止推轴承承载能力做了试验,得出三者承载能力分别为12775、11841和13087N。根据试验结果和止推轴承承载能力的对比分析,提出改进建议:(1)减小130、172保护器止推轴承的设计尺寸;(2)改进止推轴承静块的结构,增加每个扇形块的筋,使其分布为向心形或环形。
The protector of submersible electric motor is used to ensure normal running of the electric motor in a hole, and it has the functions of sealing, breathing compensation, pressure balance and bearing load. A carrying capacity test system for the thrust bearing of the protector is developed. The structure, operating principle and loading procedure of the testing system are introduced. And the carrying capacities of the thrust bearings on 3 series of protectors are tested. Based on the test results and the contrast analysis of carrying capacities of thrust bearings, suggestions for improvement are put forward: (1) decreasing the design dimensions of the thrust bearing of 130 series protectors and 172 series protectors; (2) improving the structure of the static block of the thrust bearing and adding ribs on the sector blocks.
