Data acquisition and analysis system of simulated performance test of cementing and fracturing equipment.

为了对固井、压裂设备的制造、装配质量和整机性能进行试验检测,满足油田用户的最终需要,专门设计建造了固井、压裂设备模拟性能试验场。利用计算机数据采集系统对出厂设备或新机型进行模拟试验,大大提高了数据采集的精度,也提高了试验的自动化程度,可实现在线检测。试验数据可随时调用、网上查询,通过分析数据可及时发现和解决问题。目前已完成70多台设备的出厂试验,发挥了很好的作用。

To inspection the manufacturing and assembly quality and the comprehensive performance of the cementing and fracturing equipment, a special simulation test system is built. The data of the performance test of the equipment are acquired and analyzed by means of a computer-aided data acquisition and analysis system and online inspection can be realized. The testing data can be taken and used at any time, and can be inquired through the network conveniently. Up to now, more than 70 sets of equipment have been tested before leaving the factory through this test system.
