摘要
开展了核桃壳滤料粒径与滤层各参数的关系,以及粒径对过滤过程影响的研究,得出如下结论:(1)采用较小核桃壳滤料粒径对保证滤后水质有利,但可能导致水流剪力、水头损失增长过快,产生滤层的含污量低、过滤周期短、滤速低、产水量小等问题,一般对过滤不利;(2)在保证过滤水质的条件下,宜选择较大粒径的核桃壳滤料;(3)滤层的厚度随核桃壳滤料粒径的增大而增大;(4)核桃壳滤料的平均粒径越小,不均匀系数可以越大,平均粒径越大,不均匀系数要越小。
The relationship between the grain size of the walnut shell filtering material and filtering layer parameters is analyzed, and the influence of grain size of the filter material on filtering is investigated. Conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) smaller grain size of walnut shell is helpful to ensuring the quality of the water filtered, but is unhelpful to filtering operation; (2) under the condition of ensuring the quality of the water filtered, it is better to select larger size of walnut shell filtering material; (3) the thickness of the filtering layer increases with the increase of the size of the walnut shell material; (4) the smaller the mean grain size of the filtering material, the larger the nonuniform coefficient, and vice versa.
