摘要
Rho蛋白(RhoGTP酶)家族与肿瘤关系密切,在其调节子和效应子作用下,影响肿瘤的发生、生长、侵袭和转移。因此Rho蛋白和它们的效应子可能是有效的抗肿瘤靶点,针对这些靶点可以研究有效的药物或基因治疗物质,干涉Rho蛋白的功能,促进肿瘤临床治疗的发展。
