摘要
本文报道了应用α—氰基丙烯酸酯(Cynoacrylate“CNB”)对十一种动物进行粘接管腔器官的手术切口的效果实验及临床应用证明其具有操作简便、快速、不泄漏、不渗血和降低组织反应之优点;组织学研究证实,粘接后的创口组织愈合从物理学粘接快速地转为生物学修补过程。这一技术将可取代或部分取代传统手术基本操作。
Great advantages of fast and easy operation with decreasing tissue reaction, without blood ooze and leak are described in the article, based on the experiments on the 11 different kinds of animals, as well as in the clinical application. It has been improved by Histology that the Process of wound healing is just the Process of quick changes from physical sticking into biological mend. The preliminary success of the research indicates that the basic technique of traditional operation will ba replaced by a new method-method of sticking which will be a new technique in the animal surgery.
