摘要
目的探讨布洛芬川芎嗪酯(ITE)的抗炎机制。方法采用角叉菜胶致炎模型测定炎症渗出液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,测定小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和红细胞过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力并测定大鼠肾上腺质量及Vc含量的变化。结果ITE能够显著降低炎症渗出液中PGE2和MDA含量,显著提高小鼠血清SOD和红细胞CAT活力,对大鼠肾上腺质量及Vc含量无影响。结论ITE抗炎作用可能是通过抑制环氧化酶(COX)、抗自由基、抗氧化作用实现的,而与垂体肾上腺皮质功能轴无关。
Objective To elucidate the anti-inflammation mechanism of ibuprofen tetramethylpyrazine ester(ITE).Methods The model of paw edema induced by carrageenin was used to determine the effect of ITE on the content of prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the exudates.The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum and catalase (CAT) in red blood cell were observed.The weight of adrenal and the content of vitamin C were also measured.Results It was found that the contents of MDA and PGE_2 in the exudates in the groups treated by ITE were much lower than those in the control group.In addition,the activities of SOD in serum and CAT in red blood cell were enhanced by ITE.The suppressive effect on ear edema in mice without adrenal was observed and ITE had no obvious effect on either the weight of adrenal or the content of vitamin C.Conclusions These results suggest that the mechanism involved in the anti-inflammation of ITE is partly due to the influence on cyclooxygenase(COX) and the synthesis or release of free radical,but not relate to pituitary-adrenal system.
