摘要
从一起具体案件入手,多层面地对房改房纠纷案件的法律适用问题进行了专题研究,以期对人民法院在审理房改房纠纷过程中,准确适用法律及参照有关房改政策,公平合理地审理好此类案件起到一定的推动作用。
The legal adaptive problem on a real reform case is analysed multi-leveledly through a concrete case. It is beneficial for the People's Court to judge such cases and adapt correct laws and relative policies on real estate in a just and reasonable way.
