炼油企业职工健康相关因子负性发生率及其影响因素的试点研究

The test site study on health negative correlation rate and its affecting factors among workers in a oil refinery enterprise

目的 通过对11类健康相关因子的负性发生率及其影响因素的试点研究,综合评估炼油企业职工的健康需求。方法 2 0 0 3年3月,采用整群抽样的方法,对江苏省大型炼油企业陵光集团的职工进行问卷调查,将所有结果进行统计分析。结果 炼油企业职工健康相关因子负性发生率高的因素有:环境条件(5 0 2 4 % )、生活满意度(37 4 4 % )、身体疼痛(30 97% )、生活方式(2 7 4 2 % )、慢性疾病(2 5 19% )。与该5种健康相关因子关系密切的个人因素有:性别、吸烟与否、锻炼情况、饮食习惯及年龄。与之关系密切的家庭、社会因素有:经济情况、婚姻状况、工作环境、工作稳定性、本岗位工作时间。结论 在企业普遍重视治理传统职业危害因素的今天,影响炼油企业职工健康的因素呈现多样化趋势,不良的行为与生活方式、心理感受及环境条件对健康的影响作用应逐渐受到更多的关注。

Objective To evaluate health requirements of workers in oil refinery enterprise comprehensively by the test site study on 11 sorts of negative health correlation factors and their affecting factors. Methods We carried out a questionaire to all the workers in a certain oil refinery enterprise in Jiangsu province, and then inputted the results into data base(set up by ourselves), and made a statistical analysis on it. Results The factors with higher health negative correlation rates were: environmental condition (50.24%), living satisfactory level (37.44%), body ache (30.97%), life style (27.42%) and chronic disease (25.19%). Personal factors closely related to the 5 kinds of health correlation factors were: sex, smoking or not, physical exercise situation, diet habit and age; The family and social factors closely related with health negative correlation rates were: economic situation, marriage state, working environment, stability of occupational position and the extended time(years) on the position. Conclusion The factors affecting workers' health of oil refinery enterprise present the multiple tendency, and the negative health factors that unhealthy behaviours and life styles, psychologic feelings and environmental conditions should be paid much attention to gradually.
