摘要
目的 探讨脂肪肝患者健康干预方式。方法 对两年2 0 5例健康体检查出的脂肪肝患者进行随机分组,即实验组10 1例,对照组10 4例,对实验组患者资料进行详细的评估,制定个性化的健康干预方案,对照组采用常规的健康干预方案。观察两组病人饮食、运动、饮酒,戒烟、体重、腰围、血脂与脂肪肝之间的关系。结果 实验组病人生活习惯改变、腰围、血脂、脂肪肝治愈好转率等改变明显优于对照组,统计学处理(P<0 0 5 )。结论 个性化健康干预方式是最有效的方式,根据病人的资料,找出病因,针对不同的病因加以控制和预防,使脂肪肝患者恢复健康。
Objective To explore the way of health intervention for patients with fatty liver. Methods 205 cases with fatty liver were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Individual health intervention was carried out in experimental group and routine health intervention was used in control group to evaluate diet exercise, alcohol drunk, smoking quit, weight, waist circumference, relationship between blood lipids and fatty liver of two groups. Results There were significant difference (P<0.05) in life habit, waist circumference, blood lipids, cure rate and improvement rate between the two groups. Conclusion Individual health intervention is the most effective way to improve the health condition of patients with fatty liver.
