摘要
使用波束分解算法,对海洋表面微波散射进行数值分析。通过把一个大的照射波束分解成许多小波束,单独求解这些小波束的散射问题,然后合成大波束的散射结果。这样可以降低计算机的内存要求,是解决电大目标分析的一种有效方法。理论公式基于单积分方程矩量法,采用RWG矢量三角基函数。对这种算法的精度问题进行了分析,后对海洋表面散射进行模拟。
A beam decomposition algorithm is developed to analyze the microwave scattering from ocean-like surfaces. A wide incident beam is decomposed into many narrower beams, each of which illuminates a portion of a big surface area and is analyzed independently. Then the scattering from the big surface area by the wide beam is coherently synthesized from the scattering of the many narrower beams. This is a viable bypass to analyze an electrically large surface using available computer resources. Single integral equation formulation is employed along with the RWG triangular basis functions. Accuracy of the algorithm is examined, and some Monte-Carlo simulation is performed for L-band microwaves scattered by wind-driven ocean surfaces.
