摘要
党的十六大提出全面建设小康社会,大力发展非公有制经济.国务院总理温家宝同志在第十届全国人民代表大会第三次会议上所做的《政府工作报告》中明确提出了2005年工作总体部署,要突出抓好三个方面的工作:一是着力搞好宏观调控;二是着力推进改革开放;三是着力建设和谐社会.依法保护私有财产是发展非公有制经济、建设和谐社会的重要保证.
The 16th Party Congress proposed the guidelines of building a well-off society in an all-round way and greatly developing the non-public sectors of the economy. In the third session of the 10th National People's Congress, Prime Minister Wen Jiabao clearly laid out the arrangements of tasks for the year 2005, specially emphasizing that striving to build a harmonious society and protecting private properties according to law are the vital guarantees of developing the non-public sectors of the economy and building a harmonious society.
