摘要
以学院近期完工的综合楼为例,分析该工程成功实现进度控制与建设前期工作,基础设施改扩建,快速施工的技术保障,工期优先下的三大控制等各方面因素的内在联系,为今后工程项目的管理提供借鉴.
Taking the newly-completed Comprehensive building engineering as an example, internal relations of success in realizing progress control of construction and preperiod working, infrastructure rebuilding and extending, technical quarantees of fast construction and three controls of working period priority are analyzed, and given a good example for engineering project management in future.
