高层钢结构建筑的工程监理特点分析

Analysis of the Peculiarity of Engineering Supervision for the High-rise Steel Structure Building

国家建设部在《建筑业推广应用10项新技术》中,首次列入了钢结构新技术,体现了建筑业从“限制使用钢结构”到“大力发展钢结构”的政策转变.相对发达国家而言,我国高层钢结构起步较晚,因此如何针对其特点开展监理工作,也是监理行业面临的新问题.现根据我国现状并结合工程项目的监理实践,对这一问题进行简要的分析与思考.

The Ministry of Construction enumerated the new technology of steel structure first in 《Popularized Use 10 New Technology in Construction Field》, and it reflects the change of policy from 'limit the use of steel structure' to 'develop the steel structure energetically'. Compared with the developed countries, the use of high-rise steel structure begins relatively later in our country. Therefore how to develop the work of superising it in accordance with its peculiarity is a new problem in the engineering supervision field.Based on the present situation in our country and combined with the practice of project supervision, some problems are analyzed and considered briefly in the paper.
