In the background of the globalization of economy, the diversity of international industrial division of labour has promoted the international transfer of industries. As to the actual case in the Pearl River Delta, ways of thinking about its industrial structure should be adjusted; effective measures should be taken, in the process of promoting the international economic transfer, to optimize its industrial structure for a further acceleration of economic development in the Delta.
