京津冀都市圈——正在崛起的中国经济增长第三极

Metropolis Circle of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei——the Third Area of China's Increasing Economy

大都市圈崛起是世界各国区域经济发展中的重要现象,也是当前区域经济学研究的热点问题。都市圈形成与发展的内在动力来自对聚集经济效益的追求。中国三大都市圈中长三角、珠三角已经崛起,在全国经济总量中占有较大份额。京津冀都市圈虽然改革开放相对落后了十几年,但是由于其非常优越的区位优势和全国第一的科技竞争优势,只要其加大改革开放的力度,加快区城经济一体化进程,京津冀都市圈的崛起将势不可挡,指日可待。

The rising of metropolis circle is an important phenomenon in all parts of the world and also a heated issue in the studies of economy. The internal impetus comes from the pursuit of economics. Though this economic circle is a dozen years later than the other two, but its location and competition are superior. As long as reform is deepened in a further way, the fast development of economy in this area is seen in a short period of time.
