开放经济下,采用固定汇率的最大成本就是一国不得不放弃灵活的货币政策。经分析,我国实质上的钉住制已经对货币政策的独立性产生了负面影响,而且随着开放程度的加深,这一影响还会加剧,改革势在必行。
