摘要
目的分析前S1抗原在不同HBV免疫标志中分布状态,了解其在HBV复制中的作用。方法用ELISA法检测前S1抗原和HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb。结果分布状态为HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb总阳性率为0.26>HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb总阳性率0.16。结论前S1抗原为一个反映HBV复制和传染性的良好指标。
Objective To analyze the distribution of pre-S_1 antigen in different hepatitis B virus (HBV) immune marker and investigate its functions in HBV replication.Methods The ELISA method was used to examine pre-S_1 antigen and HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, HBcAb.Results Total positive rate (=0.26) of HBsAg, HBeAb, HBcAb was higher than that (=0.16) of HBsAg, HBeAg,HBcAb.Conclusion Pre-S_1 antigen is a good index to reflect the replication and contagion of HBV.
