自发性蛛网膜下腔出血脑血管造影及介入治疗的临床应用

Clinical Application of Cerebral Vascular Angiography And Interventional Treatment In Intracranial Aneurysm

目的:总结数字减影脑血管造影(DSA)及介入治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床经验。方法:对自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者21例行DSA检查,6例确诊动脉瘤者行血管内栓塞治疗。结果:成功栓塞6例10个动脉瘤。1例术中渗血,经治疗后康复。结论:介入神经放射技术为许多脑血管病的诊断治疗开辟了广阔的前景。

Objective To evaluate experience of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and treatment in intracranial aneurysm.Methods Cases with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) were performed by DSA.6 cases with 10 aneurysm were treated with endovascglar embolization.Results 6 patients with 10 aneurysms were cured.one aneurysm ruptured in this approach,the patient cured.Conclusion DSA is a reliable method for detection cases SAH.Endovascular embolizationto treat intracranial aneurysm is safe,reliable and effective.Interventional neuroradiology was useful for cerebrovascular disease.
