X-ray Diagnosis of Puborctal Muscle Syndarome

目的:探讨排粪造影对耻骨综合征诊断应用价值。方法:收集本科排粪造影248例,对其中28例耻骨直肠综合征的影像进行全面分析,主要测量耻骨直肠肌压迹、肛直角、肛上距等。结果:耻骨直肠肌综合征的典型X线表现:“搁架”征。结论:排粪造影对耻骨综合征的诊断有重要价值,是简便而准确的检查方法。

Objective To evaluate defecograpay in diagnosis of puborctal muscle syndrome.Methods Collecting the 248 cases of defecograpy,out of which we analyse completely the 28 cases of puborectal muscle syndrome.To measure the sizes of puborectal muscle impression,anus-rectum angle.the distance of middle upper anus to line of th os coccyx and the sacrum,and so on.Results Thecharacteric radiological image is “shelf sign”.Conclusions Defecography is an important way which is simple and exact on diagnosis of puborectal myscle sydrome.
