摘要 对比研究了亲水醋酸纤维素超滤膜(CA膜)及疏水聚丙烯晴超滤膜(PAN膜)的低温氧等离子体表面改性.两类亲水性能截然不同的超滤膜得到完全不同的低温氧等离子体表面改性结果:改性CA膜透水率提高,截留率略有下降;改性PAN膜透水率明显下降,截留率上升.低温氧等离子体条件的改变对两种膜改性结果的影响也有很大差异. The surface modification of both hydrophilic super-filtration membrane (made of acetate fiber) and hydrophobic super-filtration membrane (made of polyacrylonitrile fiber) with low temperature oxygen plasma was investigated.the modification altered the surface properties of the aforementioned membranes.Water-permeability of the acetate fiber membrane was enhanced and the trapping ratio decreased.Water-permeability of polyacrylonitrile fiber membrane was decreased and the trapping ratio enhanced.The change of the conditions for modifying the two membranes can significantly affect the results and the authors analyzed the relative reasons.This surface modification method using low temperature plasma technique is feasible.
