摘要 分别以甲醇、乙醇和水作提取剂,在回流加热条件下提取藤茶中的总黄酮,并以自制并经纯化的二氢杨梅素为对照品,采用UV法,在波长291nm处测定藤茶中总黄酮的含量.结果表明:测定线性范围为0~12.2mg/L,r=0.9996;3种提取剂的提取得率相近,均在35%~39%讨论了在不同温度、不同时间、不同体积比的条件下,以水作提取剂,对总黄酮提取得率的影响.本测定法快速、简便、稳定、准确、可靠,可作为该药材的质量检测控制方法.此法未见报道. In this paper, the getting ratio of total flavonoid in the A.megalophylla Diels with methanol, ethanol and water as extracting solvents by heating flow-back was studied. The total flavonoid was determined by UV spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 291nm with dihydromyricentin as contrast. The experimental results indicated that the linear range was from 0~12.2mg/L, r=0.999 6 and that total getting ratio of the flavonoid with triple extracting solvents was similar(35%~39%). The influence of total getting ratio of the flavonoid with water as extracting solvent at different extracting temperature, time, and volume of extracting solvent was discussed, This method is rapid, simple, stable and accurate, reliable. This method can be used to detect the content of total flavonoid and control the quality of A.megalophylla Diels.
