Quantitative Change of the Land Demand on the Development of Economy in Shanghai by Model of the BP Nerve Network

在分析上海产业政策和区域经济发展对用地需求的基础上,通过对土地需求、土地储备与土地供应的关联分析,建立了基于BP神经网络的预测模型,研究了上海经营性用地需求趋势的分析和对具体指标的细化分析,进一步地得出土地需求总量,提出了至2010年上海经济发展对土地需求的预测分析,以合理确定土地储备量.

From the influence of the state of the land demand to the industrial policies and urban economy in Shanghai, this paper analyses the relationship among the land demand, land banking, and land supply,and makes research about the trend of the business land by the BP Nerve Network Model, forecasts the total quantities of the land demand from now to 2010, and sets forth the suitable quantity of the land banking during the 10th and 11th five-year plans in Shanghai.
