原油消费量与产业发展的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Amount of Consumption of Crude Oil and Industrial Development

从原油消费量与产业规模的联系入手,分析认为第二产业是影响原油消费水平的重要因素,构建了一个影响原油消费量的模型,并根据该模型提出了相应的政策建议:应制定致力于第二产业内的节能以及促进产业结构的升级和转型的政策,以便实现经济增长目标.

From the perspective of the relationship between the amount of consumption of crude oil and the level of industry, this article points out that the secondary industry is an important factor which to a large extent determines the consumption of crude oil after elaborate analysis,and offers a model that is relevant to the amount of consumption of crude oil in China .Based on this model, some suggestions about ecomomic policy are put forward ,that is, decision-making unit should formulate a series of economic policy to promote energy conservation in the secondary industry and strive for optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, so that those relevant goals of economic growth could be realized.
