摘要
目的采用矩阵拆分方式减少检验次数,建立混合血清法核酸扩增技术的数学模型。方法应用概率论、数理统计原理推导矩阵拆分方式混合血清法减少检验次数的数学公式;应用MicrosoftExcel软件编制减少检验次数百分数(L值)表。结果编制L值表,确定每组最佳混合人数及拆分模式,判断影响混合人数与拆分模式选择的因素以及影响混合血清法检验次数的因素及其特征,定量分析混合血清法的经济效益。结论应用混合血清法核酸扩增技术筛查献血者、原料血浆及流行病学调查,根据L值表可方便选择最佳混合人数与拆分模式以及量化评价收益,具有较大的实用价值。
Objective To establish a mathematic model about the reduction of the test times by the pooling of serum strategy of splitting matrix in using nucleic acid amplification testing, determine the optimum number of serum specimens to be pooled and the method of splitting matrix in each group,and predict the economic profit to be gained from this strategy. Methods A mathematical formula was educed on the feasibility of screening by the pooled serological strategy in the probability and statistics theory. A table of the L value was given by Microsoft Excel. Results A table of the percentage reduction of the tests following the pooling of serum was given, which could determine the optimal number of serum specimens to be pooled and the method of splitting matrix in each group,judging the factors which affected the number of serum specimens to be pooled, quantity assessment of the profit to be gained from this strategy. Conclusion It is convenient, based on the L value table, to determine the optimal number of serum specimens to be pooled in each group, assessment of the economic profit to be gained from this strategy, following the pooling of serum specimens in the proper use of nucleic acid testing for serologically epidemiologic investigation and blood donor screening. Significant economic and social profits will be obtained if the serum pooling method is adopted in routine.
