自体血回输的实验研究

The Experiment of Autologous Blood Transfusion

目的研究自体血回输技术救治腹部伤连续失血性休克犬时,对其重要脏器的保护作用,并研究自体血回收机对污染血液的处理能力。方法以Wiggers法为基础制作犬腹部伤连续出血休克模型,对犬输注林格氏液(对照组)和自体血回输(实验组)抢救,取动物心、肝、肺、肾进行病理切片检查;使用自体血回收机对肠液污染血液进行洗涤,观察除菌效果,并对清洗后的血液进行广谱抗生素抑菌处理。结果在相同存活时间内,自体血回输救治犬的组织病理损伤轻于对照组;LB平板培养结果显示污染血液经自体血回收机处理后细菌数明显减少,且经临床剂量抗生素处理后血中细菌生长可完全被抑制。结论自体血回输与输注晶体液相比,前者对腹外伤连续失血性休克犬的脏器有明显的保护作用;自体血回收机对污染血液有一定的除菌效果,联合使用抗生素可以抑制细菌生长。

Objective To study the curative effect of autologous blood transfusion on continuous abdominal hemorrhagic shock and the ability of autologous blood transfusion machine to clean the contaminated blood. Methods Dog model of abdominal continuous bleeding leading to hemorrhagic shock was set up. Dog was cured by two kinds of methods, transfusing Ringers solution (control group) and transfusing autologous blood (experiment group). Pathological section(heart,liver,lung and kidney) was detected.Blood contaminated by intestinal contents was washed by autologous blood transfusion machine and then was resuspended with Ling′s and antibiotic.Results On the condition of using autologous blood transfusion,the pathological damage was lightened.The amount of bacteria in contaminated blood was decreased obviously by using autologous blood transfusion machine and the bacteria was controlled by antibiotic.Conclusion Autologous blood transfusion has significant curative effect on continuous abdominal hemorrhagic shock. Using autologous blood transfusion machine can decrease the amount of bacteria in blood effectively.
