摘要 可溶性转铁蛋白受体是细胞转铁蛋白受体的水解片段,检测它在血清中的含量,可以评价机体铁的代谢状况和总体红细胞生成情况,其与铁蛋白的联合运用可鉴别缺铁性贫血(IDA)和慢性疾病性贫血(ACD),对亚临床缺铁的诊断也具有特殊的意义,可溶性转铁蛋白受体的测定是评估功能铁状况的一项重要指标。
