摘要
分析用的BTF参比样由苯二次络合法提纯获得,BTF样品的定量分析系采用高效液相色谱法,以 ̄#3050日立凝胶为柱填料,甲醇-水作流动相,能使BTF样品中的各有机物组分完全分离,回收率为99.9%,主成分的标准偏差为0.20%。
BTF was quantitatively analysed by high performance liqud chromatogra-phy with Hitachi Gel 3050 as column filler and CH_3OH-H_2O as mobile phase,whichcould completely separate all the constituents in BTF sample with recovery of 99.9%and standard deviation of 0.20% compared to the principal component.The referencesample of BTF was purified by double complexing with benzene.
