Focal Point,Difficult Point and Hot Point of China’s Appraisal Profession

3月15日全国资产评估机构综合检查总结大会在北京召开。会议期间,中国资产评估协会向与会的评估机构负责人发放问卷,就当前行业普遍关注的涉及评估行业发展、低价竞争、提高评估机构核心竞争力、如何当好一名法定代表人等四个核心问题,请代表们献计献策。这次问卷调查,直接面向身处行业一线的中坚分子,是中国资产评估协会急会员所急、想会员所想,积极引导会员参与行业管理、增强行业凝聚力的一项重要举措。与会的评估机构负责人非常珍惜这次深入探讨行业发展问题的机会,他们从行业兴衰的高度出发,结合自己的工作实践,认真思考,提出了许多中肯的意见和建议。众人拾柴火焰高,大家的事要大家共同来做。我们摘录部分答卷人的观点和意见,旨在引导全行业乃至社会上所有关心评估行业成长的有志之士,探求解决评估行业当前面临的主要问题和突出问题的办法和措施,大力促进评估行业健康发展。

During the closing meeting of the Comprehensive Inspection on Appraisal Profession in Beijing three months ago , the attendants of the meeting , most of whom are partners of appraisal firms were interviewed through questionnaire . This article comes from answers of questions . Four main aspects have been interviewed:1) the development of appraisal profession;2)low-priced competition;3)the core competence of appraisal firms;4)what is a qualified representative of legal person,etc.The interview is organized by the China Appraisal Society and the interviewees cherished this opportunities to express their views.Many constructive suggestions and meaningful questions have been brought. We hope everybody within the profession and those outside the profession but care of it could work together to push China’s appraisal profession forward.
